“I started my journey with Coach Julia 4 months ago when I was stationed in South Korea. I found her through an old roommate of mine. I was opening up to my friend Jess that I was feeling down and unmotivated for a while, but didn’t know how to find the help I was searching for so she told me to give Julia a chance to lift my spirits and change my mindset. ... For years, since 2009, I was in love with fitness, and the gym was where you could find me in my free time. Other than therapy and mental health, I always believed it was important to stay physically fit since I am Active Duty. Julia is not only helpful, but she’s beautiful inside and out and genuinely cares about her clients, and the people she invests her time in.
